Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

THE BEST HOMEMADE FUDGE

Homemade fudge is a Holiday staple. With so many flavor options, fudge makes the perfect addition to any goodie tray assembled.  In fact, this fudge has become a yearly tradition that my hubby makes. Yes, you read that right. My HUBBY is the one that has perfected fudge.

Growing up, my mom made her famous Fantasy Fudge. She would double, triple, or even quadruple her recipe to make sure each tray she assembled had plenty to devour.

When my hubby and I married, he was introduced to her fudge and immediately fell in love. Since my hubby and I are big chocolate peanut butter fans, he began taste testing several variations until he came up with this perfect combination. His initial thought was to add peanut butter into the Fantasy Fudge, but the end result just didn’t work. When he decided to try this two layered version, that is when the magic happened. Each layer was smooth and creamy, and when combined, they created a mouthwatering flavor that just couldn’t be beat! Since then, it has become a Holiday staple, in addition to the family favorite fudge!
