1. Remove the crust from the sandwich bread. Flatten the slices of bread and cover them with pesto and smoked salmon.
2. Roll it up and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Slice each roll-up into 4 servings.
3. Place the roll-ups in the shape of a Christmas tree and top it with a star cut out from a piece of cheese.
These mini Christmas trees are quick and easy to prepare and can be filled with just about anything. For ours, we decided to use: bologna and provolone cheese, cheese slices and salami, and finally, tuna, lettuce, and mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
white bread
salami
cheese slices
cheese.

Before lunch or dinner, as a snack or as an aperitif, here’s a simple yet creative idea to add some color to the table!
INGREDIENTS
2tsp mayonnaise
drained tuna
6 slices of crustless bread
pesto
tomatoes
lettuce
cream cheese
salami
bologna
DIRECTIONS
Fill each layer with something different. We chose: tuna and mayo, pesto and tomatoes, lettuce, salami, bologna and cream cheese. Once the layers are all stacked up, refrigerate it for at least an hour. Once ready, divide it into 9 parts. Serve with a wooden skewer and a green olive.
