- 1/3 cup crème fraîche
- 2 ounces thinly sliced gravlax or cold-smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons drained jarred capers
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill fronds
- 1 tablespoon sliced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
