Amaretto Sour

Directions

  1. Add amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice and dry-shake until combined for 15 seconds.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with an optional lemon twist and brandied cherry.
