Cappuccino Hazelnut Cookies

  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon of hot water
  • 250 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
