  • Carve small hollow in center using melon baller

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until fluffy
  • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture
  1. Assemble
  • Fill piping bag with cheesecake mixture
  • Pipe generously into strawberry hollows
  • Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
  • Chill 1 hour before serving

  • Don’t hollow berries too deep
