Chicken Wing Boil

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 cup crab/seafood boil seasoning, and 1/3 cup lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. Cut sausage into small pieces. Add sausage, corn, and potatoes to the pot. Cook for 18–20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
  3. Cut chicken wings into flats and drumsticks. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Coat in cornstarch.
  4. Fry wings in 350°F oil, 7–8 at a time, for 5–7 minutes or until cooked. Drain on a baking rack.
  5. Remove sausage, corn, and potatoes from water and place on a sheet pan. Add chicken wings.
  6. Pour butter sauce over everything. Serve and enjoy!
    Butter Sauce:
  7. Melt butter in a pot with minced garlic, paprika, crab/seafood boil seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and hot sauce. Stir well.
  8. Pour sauce over the dish.
