Ingredients:
4 beef hot dog sausages
4 hot dog buns
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons yellow mustard (or your preferred mustard)
1/4 cup ketchup (optional, for a slightly tangy version)
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for a smoky flavor)
