Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- Extra shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions:
First, using a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the grated coconut until you have a uniform paste.
Then add the chocolate chips and mix gently. Now put the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm it up and make it easier to handle.
Then, using your hands, shape small portions of the mixture into balls. Now coat each ball in more grated coconut to cover them well, and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Finally, refrigerate for another 30 minutes to firm them up.
Serve on a plate decorated with extra shredded coconut and a little melted chocolate, if desired.
