flavour of Egg Noodles Soup
Ingredients:
Pork belly (1 lb, sliced)
Egg noodles (4 cups, cooked)
Baby bokchoy
Snow peas 1pack
Garlic (2cloves, minced)
Onion (1/2, chopped)
1inch thick ginger sliced
1tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp soy sauce
Fish sauce (3 tbsp)
Chicken broth (2cups)
5cups water
Green onions (for garnish)optional
Hard-boiled eggs (2, halved)
Salt and pepper to taste.
