
flavour of Egg Noodles Soup
Instructions:
Season pork belly with salt and pepper and fry. Set aside.
In a pot, sauté garlic,ginger and onion until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.add baby bokchoy and snow peas and cook for 2mins.Set aside
Add cooked noodles to bowls, ladle broth
Top with fried pork, baby bokchoy and snow peas ,green onions, and egg halves
