Lemon (zest)
Orange (zest)
70ml (1/4 cup) of milk
1/2 of orange (juice)
1 tbsp of liqueur
300g (2 1/2 cups) of all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
30g of lard
Oil for frying
