

1. In a bowl add the egg and sugar and mix with an electric mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add the lemon (zest), orange (zest), milk, orange juice, and liqueur, sift the flour and baking powder, and continue mixing.
2. Finally add the lard and knead the dough with your hands to obtain a smooth and non-sticky dough.
3. Transfer the dough to the working surface and roll it out to a thickness of about one centimeter. With the cookie mold of 8cm cut the discs from the rolled dough. And with the smaller one prick the middle to obtain the donut shape.
4. Transfer the prepared donuts to the pan with hot oil and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
5. Cover donuts with sugar after frying and serve.
