Instructions :
Preparing the shrimp:
If your shrimp are not cleaned yet, gently remove the dorsal vein (the black thread) while keeping the heads and shells. These parts will add extra flavor while cooking!
Preparation of garlic butter and parsley:
In a bowl, mix soft butter with minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. This mixture will become the key to the intense flavor of your shrimp.
Get your grill ready:
If you’re using a barbecue, make sure it’s hot (medium-high heat). You can also use a grill pan over medium heat. Put a little olive oil on the grills or on the stove to prevent the shrimp from sticking.
Grillage des gambas :
Lavish each shrimp with your garlic butter and parsley mix.
Then place them on the hot grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. They must be nice golden, slightly crispy on the edges, but still juicy on the inside.
Dressage et service :
Once the prawns are well grilled, transfer them to a serving dish. Pour some of the remaining melted garlic butter over the shrimp for more flavor. Serve with lemon quarters to add a little acidity.
And there you go, your grilled shrimp with garlic and parsley butter is ready! Simple, quick and so tasty. You can serve them with rice, a salad or even grilled vegetables for a perfect summer meal. Enjoy your meal!
Don’t hesitate to adjust the amounts of garlic and parsley to your taste, and most importantly, have fun preparing this delicious dish!
