Instructions:

I fried onions and leeks, cut up chicken breasts and mixed a whole pot of sauce mix with water. Put it all ingredients in the slow cooker on high. Stirred it all up with ginger, Chinese 5 spice and salt and pepper, put a tea towel over the top before putting the lid on. Cooked for 1 hour then put a generous helping of peas in cooked for another 2 1/2 hours stirring every half hour. Absolutely bloody gorgeous and so much left after dishing up 3 large servings.
