Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk, beaten

Custard

  • 1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
