Noodles in Italian Style

This is a version of traditional Italian meals. There are many types of Italian pasta dishes besides lasagna and spaghetti. Italian Drunken Noodles are a very popular dish in Italy. A very easy recipe with pasta, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs. You can make this dish any night of the week or for any event without much effort.

Noodles in Italian Style

List of items needed to make a recipe.

  • 4 pieces of tasty Italian sausage, taken out of the pan
  • Big onion, chopped and frozen.
  • 1 and a half teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs from Italy
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 1 red spicy pepper, finely chopped.
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, remove stem and seeds, then chop finely.
  • 1 orange bell pepper, chopped into small pieces.
  • 4 pieces of garlic, chopped into small pieces
  • ½ glass of white wine (Chardonnay was used)
  • 1 glass of canned tomatoes with their liquid
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup of fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced and chopped.
  • 8 ounces of uncooked wide ribbon pasta.

Getting ready.

First, warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a big skillet or a deep skillet on medium heat.

After cutting the Italian dressing into small pieces, cook it in a pan over medium heat for a few minutes.

Cook for 5 minutes on each side to maintain the sauce’s freshness.

Once the sauce becomes thicker, put it in a small bowl and allow it to cool a bit.

Next, add the diced green pepper and cook it with the onion until it becomes soft and golden, which should take around 2 minutes.

When the garlic starts to smell, pour in the white wine and let it sit for a few minutes.
