Pineapple Teriyaki Slow Cooker Ribs
Ingredients
– 2 racks of pork ribs (about 4-6 pounds)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 cup teriyaki sauce
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional)
