  • For the Seafood:
    • 1 lb white fish fillets (like cod, halibut, or tilapia), cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1/2 lb sea scallops
    • 1/2 lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
    • 1/2 lb clams, cleaned
    • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
    • Add the onion, garlic, celery, carrots, and red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add Liquids and Seasonings:
