SHRIMP IN CRUST

METHOD

1. In a bowl with shrimp add the olive oil, lemon (juice), and salt and mix.
2. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and cut into strips about 1cm thick.
3. Roll a strip of puff pastry around the shrimp. Try to overlap the dough so as not to leave empty spaces
4. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake them in the oven at 190°C/375°F for 20 minutes. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
