Prepare the Chicken:
Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Mix the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Slow Cooking:
Place the seasoned drumsticks in the slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Optional – Broiling:
For crispy skin, preheat your oven’s broiler after the chicken is cooked. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Brush some of the sauce from the slow cooker over the chicken, and broil for 3-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
