Slow Cooker Pepper Steak with Pineapple
Ingredients
– 1 ½ pounds of beef round steak, cut into thin strips
– ¼ cup of all-purpose flour for dusting
– ½ teaspoon of black pepper
– ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 large onion, sliced
– 2 bell peppers (one green, one red), cut into strips
– 1 can (20 ounces) of pineapple chunks, juice reserved
– 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 1 beef bouillon cube
– 1 cup of water (or more as needed)
