Slow Cooker Shepherd’s Pie
Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef or lamb
– 1 cup diced onions
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (such as carrots, peas, corn, and green beans)
– 1/4 cup beef broth or water (for deglazing the pan)
– 1 packet brown gravy mix
– 1 1/2 cups water (for the gravy)
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 3 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes
