Preheat oven to 325 F. Cream sugar with shortening and butter (or margarine).

Beat in eggs.

Then beat in sour cream.
4.
Combine flour and baking powder.
5.
Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk.
6.
Add a little milk at a time.
7.
Stir in vanilla and flavorings.
8.
Bake for 1-1/2 hours in a well-greased tube pan.
