  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  3. Season the pork chops: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
