Do you have 25 minutes (at most) to spare? Because we want you to transform the dull toast into finger-licking mini-pizzas. It’s all about tangy tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella, delicious salami, and a touch of milk. You know you can use any topping, right? Get started!


8 Slices Martin’s Potato Bread, toasted

1 Cup Pizza Sauce

1-2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Salami or Pepperoni, sliced

Additional Toppings, if desired


1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano


Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°F. Arrange bread on a baking sheet and toast in oven for 10-15 minutes, flipping several times throughout, until toasted and crisp.

Step 2

Increase oven temperature to 350°F and allow to preheat.

Step 3

Add a generous spoonful of pizza sauce to each toast slice; spread evenly with back of spoon.

Step 4

Top with shredded mozzarella and desired toppings. Sprinkle with oregano.

Step 5

Bake toasts in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and serve warm.
