  • 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend on low speed until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend on low speed until the batter is smooth and well mixed.
  4. Carefully add the boiling water to the blender and blend on low speed until the water is fully incorporated into the batter. The batter will be thin, but that’s normal.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once the cake has cooled, you can frost it with your favorite frosting or simply dust it with powdered sugar.
  9. Slice and serve your delicious blender chocolate cake! Enjoy!

This recipe should yield a moist and tender chocolate cake that’s perfect for any occasion. Feel free to customize it with your favorite frosting or toppings.
